The cashier on ACE66 is where a deposit or a withdrawal is offered. It shows which methods are open, and any fee or limit. Those figures change, so they are not copied here.
Deposits
A deposit is a transfer you send. The four marks above are methods this page can name: DuitNow QR, GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet and RHB. The cashier may list others. Before the money leaves your app, match the recipient name shown in the cashier.
Withdrawals
A withdrawal is a transfer ACE66 sends to an account you confirm in the cashier. Read that destination account on the cashier screen. This page does not list withdrawal times or fees.
Check the Recipient Name
- Read the recipient name inside the ACE66 cashier.
- Open the matching app, such as DuitNow, GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet or RHB.
- Match the spelled-out name, not only the logo.
- Stop if a chat message names a different person or account.
- Keep the receipt in the app that sent the money.

What is the difference between the main wallet and a game wallet?
The main wallet holds the balance after a deposit and before a withdrawal. Each game provider also has a game wallet, and that is the balance used to place a bet. Deposits and withdrawals use the main wallet. Bets use the game wallet.
How do I make a deposit?
The methods depend on the country of the account. The common options are a local bank transfer or online banking, and a payment gateway. The cashier is the list that applies to the account.
How do I make a deposit by local bank transfer?
- Open the Deposit page and choose Bank Transfer.
- Choose a bank. It can be a different bank from your own.
- Read the banking details shown on the Deposit page.
- Sign in to your bank by internet banking or the bank’s app.
- Transfer more than the minimum deposit into the account you noted.
- Keep a screenshot of the receipt.
- Return to the Deposit page, enter the amount shown on the receipt, upload the receipt, and submit.
- After the transfer is verified, the amount is credited to the main wallet.
What is a payment gateway, and how do I deposit with one?
A payment gateway asks for the account name, the password, and a second check. That check can be an SMS code or a token. The gateways named for this option are Eeziepay, Help2pay and Fastpay.
- Open the Deposit page and choose one of those gateways.
- Complete the deposit form and submit it.
- Follow the steps the gateway shows.
- When the payment is complete, the amount is credited to the main wallet.
Can I deposit from someone else’s bank account?
No. A deposit has to come from the owner of the ACE66 account. A friend or family member’s account is not accepted.
How do I request a withdrawal?
A withdrawal is paid from the main wallet to your bank account by local bank transfer. On the Withdraw page, add the bank details and enter an amount above the minimum shown there.
- The request is rejected if the deposit has not been played through to the required turnover.
- The request is rejected if the bank account name is different from the name used for the deposit.
- Unusual activity on the account can lead to a request for more documents before the withdrawal is processed.
Are there extra charges for a deposit or a withdrawal?
ACE66 does not add its own charge for a deposit or a withdrawal. A payment method can still charge its own fee, and that fee is not absorbed. The main wallet is credited with the amount ACE66 receives.
Why does a bet say insufficient funds after the deposit is approved?
The deposit sits in the main wallet. Before the bet, transfer from the main wallet into the game wallet of the provider you are going to play.
