How do I open ACE66?
Use Sign Up to create an account, or Log In to open an existing one. Sign-in and registration steps are on the Login Guide and the Registration Guide.
Can I register on this page?
No. This page does not take an account form. Sign Up external opens registration. The steps are on the Registration Guide.
How do I check whether I qualify for a promotion?
Open the promotion card and read who it is for, the end date, the games, the turnover and the claim step. The ACE66 promotions page lists those checks. The amount and the percentage stay on the live card.
Where do I see my VIP level?
Log In external, then open the VIP page. A level change is sent to the inbox. The VIP membership benefits page explains what to compare that message with.
What payment methods are available?
The ACE66 cashier lists current methods. Use the payment checklist to compare names before you send money.
What if the cashier name does not match?
Do not send the transfer. Refresh the cashier and read it again. A chat message with a new account name is a reason to stop.
Do these pages explain how to win?
No. They explain categories, payment names and limits. They do not offer a system, a tip or a promised return.
Can I use a phone?
Yes. A phone browser is enough to get started.
Is there an age limit?
Yes. These products are for adults, 18 and over, and only where they are legal for you. The responsible-play notes say the same thing.

Is ACE66 licensed to operate an online casino?
ACE66 is licensed and regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), under the Offshore Gaming licence and the Electronic Gaming and Poker licence.
Is my personal information secure?
Personal information is protected, and it is not given to a third party unless an applicable law, regulation, or court order requires it.
What is the minimum bet?
It is different for each game, table, or match. The limit is shown on that game.
What happens if the game I bet on has an error?
If a live-casino dealer makes an error, the round is paused while the dealer tells the pit boss. Players are told in the table chat. If it cannot be resolved immediately, the round is cancelled and refunded.
If a sports result was announced incorrectly, the bet is resettled and the game-wallet balance is reconciled to the corrected result.
Unless that game says otherwise, a malfunction voids the pays and the plays.
